Celebrating Cultural Diversity and Healthy Eating

We believe in celebrating diversity through food, language, and cultural activities. Our Food & Kitchen, approved by Dr. Raedeh Basiri, a Dietetics Expert, provide children with diverse, nutrient-rich foods from Persian, Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisines. We cater to special diets and allergies, ensuring every child’s safety and joy.

Our Programs

We offer a range of carefully designed programs tailored to different age groups:

INFANT PROGRAM

Infant care for ages 12 weeks to 1 year at DeeCyDa, fostering milestones in a safe, loving space with exposure to diverse cultures, music, cuisine, and languages for holistic development.

CATERPILLAR PROGRAM

Toddler care for ages 1 to 2.9 years at DeeCyDa, promoting growth through play-based learning, storytime, music, and socialization in a safe, nurturing environment.

BUTTERFLY PROGRAM

The Butterfly program, for ages 3 to 4.9, fosters preschool readiness with classroom learning, social-emotional skills, and basic concepts like letters, numbers, and more.

ADVANCED BUTTERFLY PROGRAM

For ages 5-12, this program teaches life skills like taekwondo, soccer, and cooking, fostering growth, resilience, and a sense of community.

DEECYDA CLUB

For ages 13 to 18, this club fosters leadership and essential life skills through hands-on classes, building confidence and preparing teens for adulthood and a better future.

LANGUAGE ACADEMY

Our small-group foreign language classes teach Spanish, Mandarin, Farsi, and ASL, blending history, art, food, and music for fun, skillful learning at all levels.

Mahsheed holds an MBA in Health and a background in early childhood development. A mother of two, she’s passionate about teaching young children life skills like positivity, self-motivation, and gratitude.

DeeCyDa after school program was one of the best experiences for both of my two children. They treated them like family. They cared about them a lot and looked after them like family. They learned many new things and had a wonderful experience. We are so happy to have found DeeCyDa! We were hesitant at fire to leave our infant for the entire day but with frequent pictures and updates, the deecyda family made it much easier. Now, at 1 year old our little one doesn’t want to leave sometimes when we pick her up - which warms our hearts because we know she has so much fun and is happy with all her friends and teachers! She even started signing ‘more’ and ‘all done’ which she learned at DeeCyDa. Couldn’t be happier with the daycare center and definitely recommend it!

Finding DeeCyDa has been the biggest blessing to our family since we moved to Irvine. Our daughter was 15 months when she started (now 18m) and she truly loves Mahsheed, Amanda and all of the staff. Some days at pick up she runs back because she doesn’t want to leave - a true testimony of her feeling safe, having fun, and feeling like she has a second home.
