At DeeCyDa, we believe in nurturing our kids with love, compassion, and healthy nutrition. Our daily menu is a guide, but it’s important to note that it’s not limited to the meals listed. If a child has a food allergy or refuses a particular meal, we will provide an alternative that ensures they still receive the nutrition they need.
Our menu is approved by Dr. Raedeh Basiri, a Dietetics Expert, and follows the school’s lunch guidelines. We offer homemade meals made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Our diverse menu throughout the year includes Persian, Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisines, introducing children to new foods and flavors while ensuring they receive a variety of nutrients. Research shows that encouraging children to try new foods helps them develop a broad palette and greater tolerance for different tastes and textures.
At DeeCyDa, we accommodate children with allergies and special dietary needs. We also offer gluten-free, nut-free, and vegetarian meals and snacks to ensure every child is well cared for.
Depending on the weather, we serve our meals indoors or outdoors to create different, enjoyable environments for the kids.
At DeeCyDa, we provide the following:
• Grass-fed, pastured/free-range milk, meats, and eggs
• 6 oz. of protein and 8 oz. of organic 2% lactose-free milk
• Whole wheat bread and crackers
• Fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables
• Special food options for children with allergies
