Each week your child will explore, develop & grow through activities specially designed & led by our team of handpicked professional educators. DeeCyDa’s teachers provide educational enrichment in a playful and safe environment allowing your child to excel and succeed confidently at their own pace. DeeCyDa’s Summer program offers various activities such as Soccer, Taekwondo, Vocal, Drama, Debate, STEAM, and many more. All these exciting adventures will help your child create and learn while making new friends.

Three different options are available:

Full Day

8 am – 6 pm

Half Day

AM 8 am – 2 pm

PM 2 pm – 6 pm

Even Campbell — Science, Math, & Coding

Evan has a degree in cognitive sciences at UCI. He also studied further aspects such as decision making, memory, focus, and other cognitive processes essential to learning. Evan believes it is important to teach students how to learn math, science, and technology. Because learning is not just about the concepts for the course and learning itself is a skill that is often overlooked in today’s schools. He puts a lot of emphasis on teaching student’s organization, planning, and consistency. He aspires to ignite a passion for learning and leverage evidence-based strategies to create the habits necessary toward success for his students.

Kassra Amidi — Chess/Problem Solving/ Direct Drawing

Kassra Amidi is working on his bachelor’s in philosophy at Cal State Fullerton. He gets his strong leadership by working with younger kids from High School Marching Band and Tae-Kwon-Do team. Kassra is a master at problem-solving games such as Chess, Sudoku, and Rubik’s. He has a passion for teaching kids abacus, math, science, and mathematical tools that help stimulate your children’s brain and teach them to think independently.

Katrina Murphy — Voice/ Singing/ Drama Instructor

Katrina Murphy is a successful professional singer, having played Christine in the Phantom of the Opera in London’s West End. Also, she has been an international concert artist and has worked for several notable Opera Companies. She has been teaching for about 17 years, both in the Uk, where she is originally from and here in Orange County.

Master H. Lavin — Taekwondo Instructor

Master H. Lavin is our Taekwondo Instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching children of all ages. He is the owner and Master Instructor of Aspire Martial Arts Academy.

Anh Dinh — Debate & Creative Writing

Anh received her bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and French at California State University, Fullerton. Now, she is completing her Master of Arts in Teaching at the University of California, Irvine. Anh specializes in English, Spanish, and French. In addition to the 2 Bachelors, she also has 3 Associate Degrees from Irvine Valley College: Spanish, Humanities and Languages, and Liberal Arts. Over 8 years of experience tutoring and teaching, Anh has acquired significant knowledge of motivating and educating students.

Connor Watt — Soccer Coach

Conner Watts was a head coach in LFC International Academy SoCal. He has been coaching soccer since 2012. Before his move to the USA, he spent several years coaching for some of the most prestigious soccer clubs in Europe, including Chelsea FC and Southampton FC.
